- Create an invoice. Select unbilled entries for one customer. Review the draft, add your business details and taxes, and download the PDF.

Timers, manual entries, device storage, PDF/CSV exports and invoice drafts are free. Invoice Pro at US$12/month includes cloud timesheets with up to 5,000 entries. Unlimited at US$24/month includes up to 20,000. A timesheet is limited to 2 MiB and counts toward the existing invoice cloud storage allowance. No additional subscription is required.
Save and load cloud work explicitly. A timer stays on the device where you started it. Cloud saves include customer names, descriptions and rates; timer ticks are never uploaded.

Will a timer survive a closed tab?
Yes, on the same browser and device, if device storage remains available. Elapsed time is calculated when you return. Stop within 24 hours and check the result. Partial minutes round up.
Can I invoice the same hours twice?
Entries used in a draft are marked invoiced and cannot be selected again. Local protection applies to this browser. For shared cloud records, connect and load the latest version first; conflicting cloud changes are rejected.
Is this payroll software?
No. It records work and helps prepare invoices. It does not calculate payroll, overtime, tax obligations or exchange rates. Choose the appropriate invoice tax settings yourself.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Choose a date range for a PDF or CSV report, or export a JSON backup of all entries. Clearing browser data can remove local work, so keep backups.
